What You Can Expect
Day 1:
After breakfast at your accomodation, you will start a day trip to visit the great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the Valley temple.
In the afternoon you continue on to visit Memphis and Saqqara.
Afterwards you will return back to your Cairo accomodation for free time.
Overnight Cairo
Day 2:
After breakfast at your accomodation, start your day tour by visiting the world-famous Egyptian Museum of Antiquities.
Afterwards you will return back to your accomodation for free time
Overnight Cairo.
Day 3:
After breakfast at your accomodation, you will picked up for a day tour in Coptic Cairo.
Stop to see the Hanging Church, aka St Virgin Mary’s Church. Build in the 7th century, this old church takes its name from its location: sited above a gateway in the old Roman fortress. Admire the courtyard and interior with its screens, marble pulpit and icons, and hear about its long history.
Next, after a visit to the Monastery and Church of St George, an early 20th-century church that is the only round church in Egypt, called Abu Serga, a 5th-century Coptic church.
Then, take a look at the Ben Ezra Synagogue, once a Christian church.
