What You Can Expect

Itinerary

Day 1: 

Arrival to Cairo airport where you will be transferred by a private A/C car to your accomodation.

Overnight Cairo.

Day 2:

Visit the great Pyramids – Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure. Cheops is the most colossal ever built. Next is a close-up look at the Sphinx, a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren. Then onwards to Saqqara to see the first pyramid ever built. The step pyramid of Djoser.

You will then have free time before being transferred to Cairo station.

Overnight  train

Day 3:

Breakfast on the train and arrive in Aswan. Meet a local representative and visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and The Temple of Philae.

Transfer to the hotel to check in.

Overnight Aswan.

Day 4:

Have breakfast with an optional trip to Abu Simbel by plane.

Cruise the Nile by felucca around Kitchener’s island and Elephantine.

In the afternoon check in your felucca on your way to Luxor.

Overnight felucca.

Day 5:

Have free time on the felucca.

Day 6:

After breakfast on the felucca, drive to visit the ruins of the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeies in Kom Ombo and the magnificent great temple of Horus in Edfu.

Continue from Edfu to your hotel in Luxor city where you will have a visit to Luxor temple.

Overnight Luxor

Day 7:

Visit The West Bank – the Valley of the Kings, Valley of The Queens and The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, then a visit to Karnak temple.

Transfer from Luxor to Hurghada Red Sea resort by AC van,

Overnight in Hurghada.

Day 8 – 10:

Free at leisure in Hurghada,

Overnights in Hurghada.

Day 11:

Have breakfast before the morning flight from Hurghada to Cairo.

Arrive in Cairo to start your tour to visit the Egyptian Museum.

Then proceed to the old city of Cairo to visit the Hanging church. Continue to visit the citadel of Saladin and Mohamed Ali mosque and in the late afternoon, visit to the famous Khan El Khalili market.

Overnight in Cairo

Day 12:

Breakfast at the hotel, your representative will transfer you to the airport.
