What you can expect
Itinerary
Day 1:
You will be met at Cairo airport and transfered to your selected hotel. You will have the remainder of day at leisure.
Overnight Cairo
Day 2:
After breakfast, your tour in Egypt begins with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Your Giza tour includes a short camel ride.
You will continue on to visit the stepped pyramid of Djoser at Saqqara, the oldest stone structure in the world.
You will complete your tour with a visit to the former capital at Memphis.
Overnight train to Luxor
Day 3:
After arrival to Luxor, you will begin your tours in Luxor with a tour of the East Bank, including Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple and transfer to your selected hotel.

Day 4:
After breakfast your tour of the West Bank begins with the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon.
Overnight Luxor.
Day 5:
After breakfast you will have a fellucca ride to Banana Island, then check in your 5*Nile Cruise and set sail to Edfu.
Overnight on board
Day 6:
After breakfast you will visit Edfu temple and then set sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple and afterwards, sail to Aswan.
Overnight on board.
Day 7:
After breakfast, you will begin with a visit to the High Dam, followed by a tour to Philae Island to the temple of Isis.
Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Your Nile Cruise will prepare a breakfast box to take with you on your early morning departure to the magnificent temples of Ramses II and Nefertari at Abu Simbel. Train to Cairo.
Overnight on the train
Day 9:
Arrival to Cairo and you will visit the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque and Khan El Khalili Market, the oldest market in Egypt.
Overnight Cairo.
Day 10:
Full day tour to Alexandria to visit the Roman tombs (underground) or the catacombs and Roman theatre, Pompey pillar , the great library of Alexandria on the same place of the old library in Cleopatra’s time and the National museum which contains many monuments from all cultures, Pharaohs, Romans, Coptic or Christian’s, Islamic and Arabic
Overnight Cairo.
Day 11:
Breakfast at your hotel, and the rest of the day is free to explore on your own. You will then be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight back home.
